Temple University offers the best level based course delivery methods. Utilizing Blackboard and WebEx, students will have access to collaborative learning methods that provide the most interesting learning, less being in the real classroom. With more than two dozen graduate degrees and certificate programs available, along with the Bachelor's in Business Administration program, students have many options. And for those who do not need a formal degree or academic credential, Temple University offers non-credit courses. It is ideal for students who only need the necessary knowledge, such as when preparing to take a license or certification exam.
2. University of Florida
The University of Florida has been offering online courses since 2001. This means they have plenty of experience to ensure students get a high-quality education online as they do on campus. But what helps make the University of Florida great for working adults is its flexibility. From roll-in admissions to over 100 online undergraduate and graduate degrees offered for the availability of non-degree courses (which do not require formal admissions), students can find the program or class that is right for them. Most courses are fully online and 100% fast paced, which is perfect for working adults. Upon completion of their program, graduates can take advantage of the University of Florida alumni network, which is 330,000+ strong and located in every US state and 135 countries.

"From a Student Online"
Dan Frigo is a passionate husband, father, and businessman about personal development and giving back. He owns Frigo Photography LLC, specializing in wedding photography in and around Boston. He is an online education learner.
Online education gives you a great opportunity to balance work and family obligations. What's your favorite thing about class or experience in general?
My favorite thing about taking classes online is the flexibility that allows me to study in my own time. The benefits of taking online classes far outweigh the challenges it faces. As a husband, father and full-time job while also doing my own part-time business, my time is valuable and precise time management very important to achieve success with online education. I can still spend valuable time with my family while continuing education about my current lifestyle.
Is there anything that surprises you about taking an online course?
I was surprised at the level of involvement in the course. Initially, I hope the communication between students to be minimal and limited only to the discussion question only. However, in my experience, the discussion is much deeper than my estimation. This is useful, knowing that I can connect with students across the country while participating in classes from home, or coffee shops or libraries (other online learning programs, you can learn from anywhere).
Tell us a bit about the support you find through your online program.
Counselors are very receptive to communication and respond quickly. They always want to help and advise. I do not take full advantage of all that CSU-Global offers, but believe they are invested in the success of their students and will be willing to help whenever possible.
What else do you want to add about online education?
In my experience, online education is an appropriate educational setting. I am able to balance my current work schedule with my family's obligations and keep getting the level of education that is important for my growth personally and for my career. This is not for everyone because of the self-discipline needed to schedule a time to learn and do the task. But if you can forget it, then online education may be a great alternative to a typical classroom environment.
Keep in mind also that the level of verbal communication is limited and you can feel yourself on your way. Therefore, take advantage of every direct call or group of students to connect better with your fellow students and professors.
